Learn to be more guarded in life while remaining happy and positive.
Realize that just because you’re in love with something doesn’t mean it’s yours to have, but relish in it for the time you’re with it.
Hold tight to the things you know you can do well, so that when things get hard you don’t forget you are good at something.
Always take time EVERYDAY to do something you love, something you’re confident in, or something new.
Take advantage of where you are and what you can do with it.
And learn that there is always a Plan B and it doesn’t have to mean you’re settling, though it will probably mean a difficult and needed sacrifice.
But most of all, understand that relationships above all are what keep us all going and that it is okay to admit you care about them too much. Distance won’t take that away.
